Atlantis Dunes, located within the Witzands Aquifer Nature Reserve, northwest of Cape Town. The meeting point is at our main base at the entrance to the dunes. Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled tour to allow time for check-in, permit purchase, and your safety briefing. Kindly allow 45–60 minutes travel time from central Cape Town.
After a full safety briefing and sandboarding instruction, you’ll head out with our friendly and professional guides who know exactly where the best dunes for fun and learning begin. Your guide leads the session — adjusting the pace and terrain to match the group’s comfort and experience level.
Along the way, enjoy scenic stops for photos and action shots captured on your own device — ready to share before the sand settles.

Our tours depart on the hour mark. Non-private tours do not wait for late arrivals (similar to a train 😉). Tours depart on time. Late arrivals will unfortunately forfeit their booking with no refund or reschedule.
